تنفيذ نظام تنبؤ الأداء في الاشتراك القريب مع سي إي سي سي آر خلال المرحلة السابقة من الأشتراك.
ستقوم الشركة بتعيين خلال فترة التعاقد لمدة ثلاث سنوات احد علماء الدرجة الأولي للعمل بالجامعة. علي أن يقوم بتقديم خدمات تطوير التطبيقات بالمرحلة الأولي و بشكل أساسي لمركز ابحاث الطقس والمناخ علي أن يقوم بالتدريج بتوسعة نطاق الدعم ليشمل مجالات اخري من التطبيقات لزيادة استخدامات التقنية بالجامعة.
كما ستقوم الشركة بتعيين عدد اثنين من المتخصصين في تطوير التتطبيقات و مخصصين لتطوير نموذج المناخ لمدة عامين علي ان يكون مباشرة العمل من خلال مختبرات فوجيتسو باوروبا – المملكة المتحدة - وسوف يكون التواصل مع مطوري و منسوبي مركز ابحاث المناخ والطقس من خلال أنظمة الاجتماعات المرئية والمسموعة وكذلك عدد 12 زيارة مباشرة للجامعة خلال عامين. كما سيتم التنسيق بين المتخصصين و الدكتور بيير لاجير بمكاتب الشركة بتولوز في فرنسا علما بأن دكتور بيير سيتواصل مع مركز أبحاث المناخ والطقس بشكل اسبوعي من خلال أنظمة الاجتماعات المرئية والمسموعة و كذلك زيارة شهرية خلال العام الأول من المشروع.
