بمقر البنك المركزي المصري لمناقشة إستفسا ا رت البنوك المتعلقة بتلك التعليمات، أود الإفادة بالآتي:
أولاً: بالنسبة للبند الأول الخاص بتنفيذ العمليات الاستي ا ردية التي تتم على قوة مستندات تحصيل من خلال مستندات
تحصيل واردة للبنوك مباشرة عن طريق البنوك في الخارج مع عدم قبول مستندات التحصيل الواردة مباشرة للعملاء، وفي
هذا الصدد يُستثنى من ذلك العمليات الاستي ا ردية الخاصة بكل من:
.1 الفروع أو الشركات التابعة للشركات الأجنبية.
.1 الطيور والحيوانات الحية.
.3 خامات ومستلزمات الإنتاج وقطع الغيار للمصانع من خلال الشحن الجوي.

ثالثاً: بالنسبة للبند الثالث الخاص بإعادة تمويل العمليات الاستي ا ردية يتعين الالت ا زم بما يلي:

تم إضافة بعض الإيضاحات على الكتاب الدوري الصادر بتاريخ 51 ديسمبر 5110 ضمن
منطوق ق ا رر مجلس إدارة البنك المركزي المصري الصادر بجلسته المنعقد في 11 ديسمبر 5110
لس ولة الاستدلال، وذلك على النحو التالي:
أولاً: بالنسبة للعمليات الاستي ا درية التي تتم على قوة مستندات تحصيل، يقتصر تنفيذ تلك العمليات
من خلال مستندات تحصيل واردة للبنوك مباشرة عن طريق البنوك في الخارج مع عدم قبول
مستندات التحصيل الواردة مباشرة للعملاء، وتُمنل البنوك مُهلة لمدة شهر من تاريخ لتطبيق ذلك،
أخذاً في الاعتبار أنه يُستثنى مما سبق العمليات الاستي ا ردية الخاصة بكل من:
.2 الفروع أو الشركات التابعة للشركات الأجنبية.
.1 الطيور والحيوانات الحية.
.3 خامات ومستلزمات الإنتاج وقطع الغيار للمصانع من خلال الشحن الجوي.
ثانياً: الت ا زم البنوك بالحصول على تأمين نقدي بنسبة 111 % بدلاً من 01 % وفقاً لما ورد
